Anyone else that takes ritaline/vyvanse? heart problems

I got ritaline from my doctor, and i take only small amount between 5-10mg. Everytime i take, my heart starts to beat very fast around 85-100bpm. I feel restless and a bit anxious every time. It would be impossible for me to make sport or any kind of activity.
Is this normal, and how could i take countermeasures? Maybe beta blocker?
