Anyone else think the term "White" is stupid.

It comes from the USA. Its just dumb I get the original meaning pale skin was generally what separated Europeans from blacks/mixed people. But its more complex then that a tanned person with a European face is still White or whatever. I've seen Indians and Hispanics cope with pale skin and never leaving their room. A tan European is Whiter then the palest Indian. The term is just so stupid its not skin deep it its facial features.

Having color on your face is normal to an extent. Looking very pale is gross and unnatural.

A european face with a moderate tan is better then a european face with 6 months no sunlight. Even curries look pale with no sunlight. Being pale doesn't make you look inherently good so long as the tan isn't overdone and is combined with White features.
