PubMed is genuinely one of the best places to research different topics before buying/using anything

way better than blindly trusting threads or any user

you can actually read studies on supplements, skincare, hair, etc and see what the evidence says before wasting money or trying shit

i've been using it more lately, anyone else here use pubmed daily?
