having birthday around totally destroys my brain for 1-4 weeks, and makes me have fantasies of becoming a sigma male for at least 2 times longer

usually some people are aware it's my birthday which gives them the ick, i think it's a symbol that makes all their contempt and disgust for me to become overt for a while. Last time vistiting family member gave me this look while I was walking down stairs

as a child i felt entitled to have my birthday acknowledged, during my birthday in first grade, some kid had the birthday the day after, which would have been a weekend. So our teacher bought him a cake and had everyone sing the "happy birthday" song. I froze up like cuck so the teacher got this orge woman to take me to principles office, they wrote some report on it and brought in some specialists on wards of the state to get me on jew pills.

i think women and high status men collect dopamine all day from people giving them presents and dickriding them with well-wishes. But the typical below average oldcel probably has a feeling like being mildly ill for a few days.
