To be honest, I’m not sure if I have any mental illnesses, but I do have autistic traits and symptoms of OCD as well as generalized anxiety. I’ve never found a cure for anxiety despite trying Ashwood Gonda, Alphine, magnesium marijuana, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol only thing that really works, but that’s pretty bad for me in other ways so I don’t really drink that much.

On god, ADHD and (social) anxiety is a horrific combination. Methylphenidate didnt work for me and amphs raised my anxiety too much. Im now on MAOIs, will try micro dosing Vyvanse and see...
