Anyone ever get choosing signals in the gym?

It seems like it’s a crapshoot in the gym. What are some signals?

Idk bro most women are super self conscious about getting rejected. I doubt any girl will actually spark up a conversation for no reason with the fear of being rejected. I could be wrong though.
