Anyone ever got results from retinol cream?

I am thinking of incorporating retinol cream in my skin bleaching regiment, but wanna know if anyone ever got anti-aging benefit out of it? Does it increase collagen and remove wrinkles?
 
mild benefit, but got better results from adapalene
