I took 50mgs for 6 months, completely cured my acne. I get pimples here and there, but its nothing compared to what i had. No side effects besides dryness, and my lips arent the same as they used to be, i use lip balm constantly now, esp when im working out.

For sure bro, the only thing you should worry about is liver lipids when taking , some people might be sensitive to it .
