Anyone ever tried the carrot salad?

I never was the same person after finding about carrot salad, it's much more than just diet, it changed my whole worldview. Peat’s theories are incredible, human physiology all makes sense if we presume our ancestors were
Mountain dwelling fruit eaters (like our heavily acidic stomatch implies) and we were meant to be facultative omnivores , that can survive on plants and meat but ultimately thrive on milk coffee and Coca Cola, which allowed us to dominate this planet.

With that said, Haidut, while sharing a lot of mind blowingly useful stuff with us, also has a lots of weird views. I don't know what to make of his exemestane shilling and his views on reincarnation reeks of mental illness in my book, among others
