Since a week I've been breaking out pretty badly again after months of no acne. Seriously considering accutane now. However, I'm still hesisitant as obviously the side effect profile is fucking abysmal. It's no where near as safe as finasteride, which people here already fear monger everyone about. According to official Dutch guidelines the frequency of neutropenia or hematuria is just 1-10% (classified as a "common" side effect). Anyone ever experienced this side while on accutane?
