Anyone eyebrow/eyelash maxxed?

Is latisse going to be the best option for getting thicker eyebrows and enhancing weak eyelashes? It looks like latisse could potentially have bad side effects like discoloring of skin or pigmented portion of the eye. It also looks like you have to keep using it or you will lose any gains..
