Shit is fucking my appetite. I have to eat my 4 meals and I’m drowsy and tired by my last meal before bed …
 
It is used for deep sleep lol?
 
I take 600mg before bed and I get knocked out

Yea you're supposed to take it before bed and wait like an hour or so. So just take it after your meal and wait it out than sleep.
