I wanna go to Turkey to fix my hairline. Might get beard transplant at the same time as I can't grow shit.

If I get enough money, i'd even like to get a rhino done there too, although that gets complicated as i'd have to obviously visit a different surgeon for that so not sure about that yet.

You should go alone tbh, don't see any benefit having anyone around tbh .

It's not like jaw surgery where you need to be fed or helped around etc

yea Turkey, i went AHD clinic with Dr Hakan Doganay. He charges 2.5euro/graft and i did 2500 grafts. He do the insertion by himself. When it comes to hair you dont have unlimited to transplant so you shouldnt try to go as cheap as possible.

This is biggest advantage of FUT method over FUE to be chosen as employed method in many clinic. This time efficiency and economical benefit of strip is attracted many clinics.

The educational effort:
Learning and training of FUE method is harder than FUT method.

Fue Benefit:
No risk of visible huge scars, like in FUT, even if patient wears hair fairly short

I know I could we wrong. I know he could offer top notch results. I know Turkish surgeons could very well do a better job than Western surgeons. But the things above are red flags to me. That he hasn't bothered learning good enough English, or doesn't care that others write sloppy on his site.

ye the only one speaking english was a girl who took care of everything. But i really felt well taken care off. The thing that made me pick him was that he is the only doctor i know that puts in the grafts himself and having been doing it for so long he must know his thing. All other clinics have technicians and i think thats a big lottery.

And unlike his colleagues (Koray Erdogan and others) that has 7-8 HT/day with the only work doctors do is paint the hair line and observe from a room where there are 7-8 screens, Hakan only has one/day.

But as almost all clinics he also has bad reviews but im hoping for good results.

I've just begin reading about HT, and I see some conflicting stuff.

Conventional wisdom is that a hair transplant can give you 50% of the original hair density, which is enough to create the "illusion" of complete restoration

Some say you shouldn't lower your hairline. That it would look thin if you lowered it, so don't. But this badboy defies that. Unless he's wearing a wig or topper.

Hard to navigate in this terrain. I would preferably like lowering my hairline, filling out my temples, and make all the hair on top in the very front more dense.

By the way, have you considered SMP?
