Anyone fucked their gums using snus?

My gums are showing signs of slight reccesion after heavy use of snus. 1-2 packs of the strongest shit a day for 4 years.

Gonna go back to cigs and then quit nicotine and tobacco slowly.

I brushed my teeth way too hard once 10 years ago and my gum over my canine got fucked and is still reccesed to this day. Won’t heal

Yeah i do too sometimes but it’s still harsh on the gums. Not as much as tobacco but still less than ideal If used excessively
