oh and also stacking test + nebi and minoxidil causes systemic blood pressure, which triggers your heart to pump faster to compensate while retaining water. adding minoxidil to test increases the risk of left ventricular hypertrophy, fluid buildup around the heart and chest pain. guessing the dose for nebi risks severe bradycardia (dangerously low heart rate) or sudden rebound hypertension.

Your logic is partially correct but with dangerous assumptions. 2.5mg of oral minoxidil causes smaller overall drops than hypertension doses (10-40mg), it's primary mechanism is vasodilatory (Source: Source #1), The drop isn't the primary danger, it's the reflex sympathetic activation. When blood vessels dilate, the nervous system triggers a surge of norepinephrine to force the heart to pump harder and faster to maintain perfusion. (Source: Source #2 and Source #3). Pushing a resting HR to 85-90 BPM blunts the natural nocturnal heart rate drop and increases chronic myocardial workload, especially if you combine it with test. (Source: Source #3).
If you take Telmisartan to prevent/reverse LVH, it creates a chain reaction. Test increases hematocrit and fluid retention → increases blood pressure. Oral Minoxidil dilates vessels → causes reflex tachycardia and sodium retention. Nebivolol drops heart rate → risks masking severe drops in HR. Telmisartan drops blood pressure via RAAS suppression. If you shift the dose even ever so slightly, you risk hypotension or acute renal distress.
