apply a moisturizer then the product u want to use and a moisturizer on top of that

wash face,dry until its like damp and apply moisturiser

wait 10 mins so moisturiser is dry(ts is quite important but u wont die if u dont)

apply tret DO NOT APPLY NEAR EYES(ESPESIALLY UNDER EYES),CORNER OF NOSE AND NEAR LIPS AND ONLY USE PEA SISED AMOUNT(MORE IS LESS)

wait a few mins and re apply moisturiser over tret(this is sandwich method)

1-2 weeks apply 2-3 times per week

3-4 weeks apply 4 times

4-5 weeks apply 5 times

5-6 weeks apply 6 times

6 weeks onward you can do every day if needed

IMPORTANT NOTES DO NOT SKIP
PUT TRET AT NIGHT ONLY RETINOIDS AND THE SUN DO NOT MIX WELL
SPF 50 SUNSCREEN DAILY DO NOT SKIP THIS AT ALL COSTS
YOUR SKIN WILL PURGE AND/OR FLAKE FOR FIRST WEK WEEKS,THIS IS NORMAL
DO NOT USE ANY ACTIVE PRODUCTS WHILE ON TRET,FOR EXAMPLE VITAMIN C
