Aerophagia occurs when a person swallows too much air and experiences bloating and belching
Aerophagia is characterized by excessive air swallowing. The air enters the gastrointestinal tract and causes a range of symptoms.
Basically your stomach end up swallowing too much air whenever you breath and this is linked with anxiety and depression.
It causes stomach distension too
It was tough but here is what I recommend you to do in order to overcome this:
-Buteyko breathing is what will fix this, it will be really painful to learn and even more when you are an anxious person, but it's possible
I lost my guide of buteyko breathing but search it on the forum or anywhere else.
-Activating your abdomen whenever you breath will help you to breath correctly. Learn to breath using your diaphragm instead of using your upper chest
- Fix your posture. It makes it easy to breath correctly.
It's not a looksmax of course but it will improve your mood and health in general.
