Vyvance is option #2. It’s adderall but it processes through your liver so it’s harder to abuse (can’t snort it). Works great. If you can’t get that the next best are Ritalin, Focalin, and Concerta. They have less amphetamine salts than Adderall but all still have the important one so it’ll still lock you in with weaker side effects, like weaker appetite suppression.

Amfexa is the best option you can get and honestly, it’s even better than Adderall. Amfexa is 100% dextroamphetamine while Adderall is 75% dextroamphetamine and 25% levoamphetamine. Other alternatives that are easier to obtain than Amfexa include Vyvanse, which is 100% lisdexamfetamine and converts into dexamphetamine in the body.

Honestly what I did when I had no amps or such
I would do 50mg ephedrine x 400mg caff x a medium dose of taurine

he never said he got denied for adderall. Second, that’s not logged so you can go to another doctor. Weaker stims they start u with usually anyways. Idk what ur talking abt jfl

But I just assume if ur making a post abt adderall alternatives u atleast tried to get the real thin

It's logged in my country, I laygit got busted at a doctors appointment bc he recognised me and reinstated that I didn't need any stim meds

And u assume most countries even have those weaker stims, clinics over here just offer either adderall or a ritalon type drug
