What are your gains and how long have you been doing it?I bought his bodyweight program and it is pretty good I would say with good progression schemes. Only issue there is no app for it atm.

yea i see why people use programsIdk how close or far from optimal his training is, but I enjoy it and make gains on it. Same with the intermittent fasting. Idk if it’s optimal but it works

Step 1 Get jacked, Step 2 Get followers, Step 3 Lie about a new diet that will make you into superman yet no one in the industry including athletes use it. Step 4 Make money from followers on IG with sell-out products. Save money to make a cool video about this new diet and sell these programs for kids with little to no experience. Profit.

Ion even use his program exactly I just follow a similar training structure. I bought his program like 7 years ago and it’s how I started lifting for the first 6 months or so. Any time I try a different style of lifting I like it less and become less consistentyea i see why people use programs
