Got Anastrazol and original Mk-677

From infinity labs again, pretty expensive. Anastrazol 60 pills 0.5 mg, ibutamoren 50 pills 10mg.
How much should I take? Also I bought picamilon thing that stimulates the work of brain or smth some people says it makes ibutamoren work better, one pill at night.
