How can the surgeon know where to dissolve the filler? Does he need to do a mri scan?

hold on filler doesn't dissolve by its self?
No the filler stays in the face for years. It just does not stay on the same spot, but migrates into other places.
They found filler in the face over 10 years after injection.
I made the mistake of getting a big amount of fillers to the cheekbones and nl folds. The first 6-12 months it looked great, but now it is watery and bloated. Also a bit migrated.
I need to get rid of this shit.

Yes, it was easy. I only had it in a V small area. Never had any migration (even when actually trying and pushing it with all my might 'cause I wanted to reduce the size or w.e.), it was actually a bit injected a touch too high.

Surgeons are full of shit, and lie the whole day.
I asked my surgeon if filler migration or bloating is possible side effect, and he denied this strong.
Still there are many studies about filler, which shows the contrary.
