I never seen a zygo osteotomy result. Also only 1 good zygo implant result (sayin). There is no proof for implant legitness on cheekbones.
I would need to travel around the world to america and invest 15k at eppley for a implant that maybe looks uncanny. No implant surgeon in europe so far.

nop. If done correctly. Though, I guess it's a trade off. You choose bone resorption vs migration.
