I'm considering getting canthoplasty to fix my 2-3 degree negative canthal tilt. I have however not seen to many convincing pics of people actually changing their canthal tilt. All it seems to do is make the eye more narrow, which is not something I'm looking for since the shape of my eyes is already quite decent. it's literally just the tilt I need work on. Is canthoplasty the way to go or are there other surgeries I can get to fix my eye tilt?
