Well, i dont know the plastic surgery literature, but if your nostrills are subhuman, or your columnella and tip are very roundish you can have a perfect nosebridge but the nose will look subhuman. Also pay attention to the angle between upperlip and nosetip (nasolabial angle) too open looks like a pig, too closed looks like gargamel. I would recommend to morph yourself and subtly change all these things to see what works best for you. Your surgeon might be lazy so you gotta do all this stuff yourself.
