Invite people over and try to see friend's friends and talk to them.

There's a huge amount of social rules and the best way to learn them is by experience.

>bros gatherings and stuff will increase your T (i assume) and strength your social skills

Find those who share common interests with you. The problem is most normies are shallow and boring af. If you aren't low inhib and don't do stupid shit with them then friendmaxxing is hard.

man you really should try having / making some frens before college. once you're at uni, becomes hard to make frens.
I'm in 3rd year and barely made any. high school frens are the best
