Planning on taking my guitar to practise and reading books. For suppliments, k2+d, vitamin c & calcium and astathxtin and betacaroten for orange/redish glow + tazarotene for face every 2 days as I will not be leaving my room often except for the recovery center.

Any other ideas? Can't take any sarms/steroids also as they are not allowed during lenghtening

Also, It's over that I have to get LL to get to 6 foot which by this forum is considered manlet height, but honestly, any improvement is welcome over 5 8.

also, how weird will I look considering I'll be 6 foot with a 5 8 wingspan... think people will notice?

Yes... Here are a couple insights for you based on what I know about LL:
1. You're a month away from LL, but you better have been lifting and stretching this whole time, fewer chances of muscular issues later during the procedure.
2. Eat 2.2g of protein per kg of body weight.
3. Eat a diet rich in boron, calcium, phosphorous and magnesium.
4. Supplement with magnesium, vitamin d3+k2, and collagen peptides. Other supplementation with minerals is optional.
4. AVOID SODAS, ALCOHOL AND EXCESS SODIUM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Yes. Ideally you would be getting clavicle lengthening too if you wanted to maintain proper proportions, it does look odd, but most people don't actually care.

Being 6'0" with 5'8" wingspan would mean your APE index is 0.945, the ideal is 1 or higher, your index by the end of the procedure would put you at the lower end of average APE indexes.

i had stunted growth so my clavicles are wide but my legs are short compared to my torso

Where do your arms reach in relation to your torso? I don't think arm-leg proportion matters at all, your arm-torso proportion is much more important.

around my penis so after 9cm lenghtening they will be around my pockets if i was wearing pants

Will be interesting to see then, can I ask how much your paying?
Also is it one procedure? As I thought you could only do 3 inches per procedure unless u do femur and tibia unless im retarded.

Well I guess that's not bad at all, you're likely fine when it comes to arm length, what I'd worry about is total wingspan because of your clavicles, that's what will mess up your proportions the most, but again, being tall > good proportions, so if you're not up to spend more money, time and suffering on another lengthening surgery, just roll with it.

Nope nt nut heads won’t examine your body and you can just say it’s genes

well I'm fucked cuz i will have to live on ordering food..... why avoid excess salt if u dont mind me asking?
Sodium negatively affects your ability to absorb and hold on to calcium. Sodium is needed, but consistently going above the recommended intake will chip away at your bone health, and the last thing you'd want right now is that.

would be a cool experiment though
i can attest that some patients took them and they recovered way faster(bone-growth wise), but only after they finished consolidation

how long did it take you to recover?
to walk normally? 9 months but I went full training mode and was forcing myself everyday. the surgery is not for the weak. but keep in mind you'll never walk normal again, i have to force myself but I cant for long periods of time.

I can provide proof if anyone wants(like a xray with the nail and my name blurred). it was my first hardmaxx(didnt do shit before because i was only saving for this since 17). it was brutal and i also had complications. I do regret not doing something facewise as 5'7 is not even that over if ur at least mtn+

thank you kind sir, this years plan is c02 laser+ steroid cycle 300-500 test for 4 months then cycle off as i will have to travel(LL is brutal bodywise i lost all my gains)+ peptides/minidoseaccutane+ do it myself aqualix + jaw and chin fillers

ah and neck lipo/ something to tighten the skin. i had mono a few years back and permanent swollen nodules which makes me look like i have a double chin although im pretty ok bodyfat

anyone that needs advice for LL, message me, i know most of the info there is

When you say that you’ll never walk normal again, what exactly do you mean?

you feel off balance. you have to force yourself to walk normal but for me personally if I walk a lot during that day/not focused i start walking like a duck lmao

my theory is that if you lenghten femur and tibia the same you could probably be better off but its just a theory

Is it worth it? I mean, we walk everyday. Do u want to risk mobility issues for the next few years for height?

Good luck on your surgery brother.

have you seen that 5'5" black guy that did LL to become 6' dude legit doesn't look like he had surgery. I doubt he can run, sprint or jump properly but he's been doing squats and box jumps fine. His calves still blew up.

I believe african americans like that guy just have good muscle bellies and insertions with enough satellite cells to grow. For some reason some of them have that.

Before cO2 laser have you tried self microneedling?
Has the gear with muscle memory not helped in regain?

You didn’t lengthen both?

Which bone did you lengthen?

thats also not considering the pain/ risk of addiction, depression, bad pain management from some of the docs. It is the most brutal surgery, there was this marine dude in his 40s with me and he literally was crying everyday and had to stop at 4 because of the pain

only femur, did 9 cm and got 1 cm decompression(idk why this happens but you always get 1-2 cm more after finishing lenghtening i talked with the doc about this)

regarding microneedling, im deciding this week between the derminator and m8s pen.

I haven't started gear yet, im still researching as I like to be well versed before diving in something(also im reading about antiaging while on roids cuz I won't do well with the masculine arheotype)
