Anyone got laser treatment for their skin?

I'm pissed and sick of my gay ass PIE scars which take forever to go away even on tretinoin. I got the scars a year ago and in one year they only faded by about 60% on adapalene (later switched to tretinoin). Not only that, but every single zit now leaves a PIE scar on my face. When I was younger I rarely had PIE scars and if I had them, they would fade away in a month or two.

If you had laser treatment, how was it? How much did it cost and how many sessions did you have to do?

i had some broken capillaries i removed with laser treatment in the summer, had them from a broken nose.

its relatively cheap, only took a few sessions, not so sure with acne though bc never suffered with it. cut dairy from diet if you havent

red light therapy is supposed to help acne also, get a red light mask theyre relatively cheap

I already fixed my diet. I'm just dealing with the leftovers. All I have is PIE scars which are just red spots on my pale ass skin.
