It wasn't painful, the recovery wasn't long....there wasn't much of a recovery, you just have to apply a cream. I don't even remember when the stiches fell out since I had it many years ago

Not everybody experience the same things....probably I was unlucky. I also got a posterior impaction and a genioplasty during the same surgery (lefort1+BSSO+rotation)
The first week I remember was tough, then it gets a bit better but it still very annoying....the swelling, the numbness, the liquid diet, the sleeping in am upright position, the elastics that keep your mouth completely shut, the splint ecc.

After 5 weeks I started to eat small piece of real food....like some rice or spaghetti cut very very small...I swallowed them cause I couldn't eat them but still it was better than eating liquids.

My tongue stayed numb for months...I remember going back to college and I couldn't talk that good cause I couldn't feel my tongue.
Now it's been years and I still have some numbness in the left side of my chin and some 40% numbness in the extreme left part of my lower lip. I also have some scar tissue in the left part of my chin that prevent me from moving my mouth as big as possible. It's a bit annoying, but it's liveable. Maybe in the future there will be some nerve regeneration therapy

Yes after the surgery my life did get better. Actually it was the surgery that gave me the most progress. I got girls (beautiful ones) flirting with me, more friends and generally enjoyed my life more. Still a mentalcel though.
If only I didn't get that residual numbness it would have been a huge success....still a success though

Probably 99.5% of people with phimosis can fap. It's just that their technique isn't standard. My case is pretty severe, can still pee, ejaculate, get an erection like normal.

If I couldn't do any of those things, then I obviously would've complained to my parents and got it fixed. But when everything "works", it's just cringe to go and cry to your parents about it.

Surgery was free, I didn't pay anything...it was funded the the public healthcare
And yes it feels much better now, heck before the surgery I didn't even know a dick should have the glans not covered by skin when erect . I thought mine was normal JFL

Btw wish my problem was just the phimosis in the dick. I'm fucking jinxed. I also got hydrocele to both my testicles and this summer will have to undergo another surgery to fix that too. Basically they will have to make a cut to my ballsack, take out both the balls and put them somewhere in the operating room, then drain the liquid, re-put the balls back and stitch is close.

All that while being awake (local anesthesia). Gonna be fun watching my balls taken out, the surgeon told me I can even hold them for the time being they drain the liquid If I want

I was more than 10 years ago so I don't remember exactly....I think the last stitches fell out after 4 weeks, but some will fell after 2 weeks or something
I started to pull back the skin completely after my stitches fell out so after a month, you can't do it before because there are the stitches, you do have to medicate with a cream around the stitches but it's very easy

Nothing really happened if I had the boner....at most the stitches got a bit "tense" but they didn't hurt at all...it was very soft

The glans was sensitive yes, it take a while to get used.....they told me to touch it gradually, or pass some water ecc....initially even throwing some water on it hurt, so I definitely couldn't even touch it...but then it got much better of course (I began with lightly brush against it and then touch it and then more). Now I can slam it against the wall and will not feel anything
