Anyone got tips for acne specifically around the mouth/chin area?

I’ve struggled with acne for almost a year now. Most of my skin has improved but the area around my mouth keeps breaking out and its by far the hardest area to clear. I dont really have access to accutane, so that’s not an option for me right now.

Accetone and if its really bad you can get tretinoin prescribed by the doctor. Azelaic Acid is also really helpful against acne

Go to your doctor, tell him this: is there any way i could get a cream/meds for my acne? It drains me mentally and it annoys me alot. It also hurts when it breaks out.

(I havent started taking acutane but that worked at my doctor)

Azelaic acid, salicylic acid, adapalene, tretinoin or accutane if it's really bad.
If you're using tretinoin or adapalene, make sure to use it 3-4 times a week before your skin adapts to it and always apply before sleeping.
Use sunscreen in the morning cause adapalene will make your skin vulnerable to uv rays.
