No, microneedling will improve them. I did 4 sessions. Read my guide about it

I will get laser skin resurfacing with a fractional CO2 laser, there is plastic surgeons doing it for 3000 bux but you can find it for 400 bux at some cheap sketchy clinic

Not at a professional clinic. But I've done several chemical peels (e.g. the Ordinary AHA 30%, BHA 2%), and have a microneedling device at home (Derminator 2). For a lot of cases, I'd say that's all you need. No need to spend money going to a clinic that'll overcharge you.

It depends on the state your skin is in though, some people might need to visit a dermatologist first to establish what type of acne scar they've got. Which might then require something like subcision which you can't DIY.

Absolutely, yes. I staved off purchasing it for a couple of years because of its price. Then I did it anyway, and have had no regrets since. The only thing that is a somewhat recurrent cost is the cartridges to install on the device.

Some people re-use them, but I don't. So I buy some new ones every six months or so, they're relatively cheap.
