Hydrofacial, Dermaplaning. Anyone done it?

Skin has deteriorated slightly since being off isotretinoin and on cycle.
Fin, dut, and more isotretinoin is already on the way, but I’m looking into a hydrofacial + dermaplaning as a low downtime treatment to get on a Saturday and have recovered fully by Monday.

Has anybody done these treatments, does anybody have experience? If not, any good alternatives for pigmentation, mild redness? Thinking of shallow RF microneedling as an alternative.

I don’t care for solution farmers or dumb fucks asking me to clarify what these treatments are in my own question thread. I am asking a question.

If you don’t have any experience then don’t comment please.

kinda noticed as i talked to my russian botched dermatologist and she kept explaining how its gonna fix everything like a miracle treatement , it costs entirely 500 euros plus 'biorevitilization' which is just hyaluronic acid injections , gonna get the deep cleansing plus the HA injections and after that do peeling or light lazer . i think lazer is the meta now even tho it can be too much . rf-lifting every 8 months could be a great for anti aging tho
