Plastic Surgeon said this was the only thing he would recommend to define my maxilla over fillers or an implant which I thought was strange.

No no no.

Never believe a surgeon they are all about the money it's a business they are not your friend, they will sell you anything that gives the most money and least risk for them.

Do your own research.

Would you trust a 2nd hand car dealership about cars? Exact same thing.

I trusted this surgeon because I asked him about other things and he was honest and told me I didnt need it such as eye surgery, jaw implants, cheek implants. he said I dont need fat graftinf but if i really wanted to get a better jaw fat grafting would be the best option. hes the third doctor tell me i dont need anything for my jaw but Idk i always saw it as my biggest looks min.

Yes, fat grafting is similar to fillers but permanent and natural. Ignore the retards in this thread. The grafts probably won’t age well though. The gold standard would be a chinwing or mandibular osteotomy. If you’re more limited for cash, implants are cheaper and don’t take months to heal but they’re not going to age as well.

I’d recommend going to Turkey if you’re from the EU because you can find surgeons who are just as qualified/skilled and your money will go further.

Fat grafting will be around €1500
A chin implant will be around €3000
A Genioplasty is going to be in the region of €4000-5000.

Also worth mentioning that all osteotomies have a higher risk of nerve damage.
