can anyone with good knowledge tell me which is optimal? I know I can save thousands by doing periorbital fat grafting but I'm scared that fat may migrate.

Any good input is greatly appreciated

I assume lack of bone mass would result in awful scleral show and droopy eyelid (which i both have). You don't see, to have much scleral show and your lower eyelid does not seem to be very saggy.

You need more fat pad.

Your upper eyelids are exposed a lot too, I think you'd benefit greatly from a periorbital implant friend.
