Just do gradual exposure therapy - go every day to the bank and deposit one coin in your account. Go to the same clerk for several days, then go to others, visit different banks, ask to talk to the managers, chat with them about banks, finance, economy, money, etc., and soon your anxiety about banks and bankers will vanish...

I’m 18 yet I know about half of these things. I know how to prevent fraud, do online banking, deposit, mortgage etc some things just baffle my head
