75mg baclofen can make you fucked up in a good way though I took 110mg the first time and it was great until it wasn't and I felt like I'll fucking pass away

People respond differently, I've read how some people here get fucked up from 300mg, I've never met a person in real life that gets fucked up from 300mg and I have like 4 friends who take pregab. Try 300mg at first, if that doesnt work go higher.

like others have said 75mg is quite low, id start at 150mg, for me 225mg is the sweet spot 300mg is just a little bit too much for my system but it depends on the person ofc. Try to get 150mg pills to save on cost if possible unless u wanna be extra safe

whole day in my experience from 6-8 hours, starts to work after like an hour or so peaks for me at around 2-3 hours depending on if empty stomach or nah

I did a massive pregab + baclofen combo and I had cops called on me because I fell asleep in the parking lot in my car. The cops said that someone called in that there is a dead person in a car Fuck me
