Yeah I won't be resorting to the male version of a push-up bra, when I know I have control over my lateral delts.

The only way I would be ever using shoulder-pads would be if I had terrible shoulder-clavicles and they sloped. Which I don't. Mine are average and so with an average base I can add some layers of muscle to the side and create a decent frame. And that I do.
