I have natural 3a curly hair as a white guy and idk what to do for it cause it’s always kinda frizzy or way too defined and greasy looking. I’ve experimented with all kinds of leave in conditioners, curl creams, mouses, different shampoo and conditioners (including not using shampoo) and even bonnets. I just want a kinda soft curly hair look. Anyone got tips???

You should try using a leave in conditioner, it helps give your hair a less frizzy look. but it also makes it look kinda wet which doesnt make ur hair look soft curly. IDK up to u

I used all those products and it never worked at all for me. what really worked was using mielle shampoo and conditioner and using camille rose spiked honey mousse occaisonally for some control. You shouldn't have to use so many chemicals on your hair.

btw, don't use bonnets. I found that my hair looked and felt much healthier when I stopped using them, and I somehow had less acne

Yeah I’ve had the same experience. Some people swear by them tho so I thought I’d just throw in that I’d tried them before anyone tried to recommend them
