anyone have a Arnold split routine for aesthetic physique

Im lacking in arms so i want to priorizase them
 
1. how much time do you train in months?
2. what is arnold split?
3. how much free time for training do you got?

Back/Chest
Incline DB bench - 3x8-10
Flat BB bench - 3x6-8
Chest fly- 2x10-12
Dumbbell row- 3x6-8
Lat pulldown (neutral or wide grip) 3x8-10
Upper back row (elbows flared) 3x8-10

Shoulders/Arms
close grip bench- 2x6-8
Dumbbell shoulder press- 3x8-10
Preacher curl- 3x10-12
Tricep pushdown- 3x10-12
Dumbbell curl- 3x10-12
Skullcrusher- 2-3x10-12
Dumbbell lateral raise- 4x11-13

Legs
Hack squat- 3x8-10
RDL- 3x8-10
Leg extension- 4x10-12
Seated hamstring curl- 2-3x10-12
Standing calf raise- 4x11-13

This is what I did when I used Arnold split. You can adjust volume/set numbers depending on your personal needs and recovery capacity. But these exercises are all you need
