Does anyone have a fear of taking pills or injecting themselves? I've been really anxious about this lately ever since I got my last IndiaMART order.
I took minoxidil to start and my heart was pounding like it was about to explode, I felt this for like 36 hours straight and at night I got insomnia so all I could do was listening to my heart about to explode at any moment.
After this incident, I was extremely skeptical of taking pregabalin because i ordered in 300mg instead of 150mg, and people on org were saying 300mg is too much for the first time and you might risk having a seizure. I still take it to this day on night's out but still a bit skeptical of it.
Then I came to the conclusion that I wanted to hop on test, I've done peptides before so I know how to handle a needle but when I see IM needles it scares the living shit out of me. I still remember when I hit a vein on peptides now whenever I think about this moment my head always results to "imagine hitting a vein on an IM injection".
Just ordered another IndiaMART order and plan to hop on test in the next few months. Anyone have any advice to handle my fears, I'm shitting myself whenever I take vitamins in the morning now. Please help
