I’m skinny fat and weak at rn… 10 months ago when I left I could do 40 push-ups at 185lbs in a row

Now I’m weak
 
yes I do.
bicep forearms triceps and shoulders
chest and back
legs
All should last 2 hours or a bit more to make sure you hit every muscle

As long as you stay consistent and progressively overload and use gear doesn't matter what program you do. You will see results

Squats and deadlifts are key. Upper body is completely useless.

Sure, you might not be able to bang 10/10 stacies, but roidmaxxing will definitely improve your SMV enough to bang some below average to average girls
