I dont think RAW MEAT will save my acne out of nowhere, I dont live in the us so the food here isnt that bad

No need to go to tretinoin first.
I can understand those who don't want to go straight to isotretinoin, but do not use a first-generation topical retinoid when there is far better available.

I used retinol which ofc is not strong itself for 6months and didnt do anything

i couldnt source taz in my local pharmacy but tbh gonna get it asap.

You should already know commercial products are scams.
If there are multiple sellers using multiple different formulations and you can buy said products OTC, then it's likely not worth it.
