Just make a multireddit.

Unlike the lean is law threads on here, the results aren't cherrypicked, so it's more realistic lol. Most people aren't turning into models after getting lean. Plus some of the subs post weight and height so you can find expectations for your bodytype even easier

Lean is very overrated for 99% of people
Just dont be morbidly obese
Everytime I get super lean I'm reminded of this. Even bones showing isn't ideal for a lot of people.
Be fit and not bloated and you're almost at your full potential, facial structure wise.

Very inspiring, indeed. I'm in the same process as you and already seeing results from all the leanmaxing. Don't let people here put you down. Just don't crash diet, eat a lower-carbohydrate diet with a lot of protein, exercise regularly, and eat only two meals a day. In three months or so you'll be looking very lean.

I js turned 16, I heard being too lean isnt ideal for growth and same with limiting meals, what are your thoughts on this?

The diet I talked about is not extreme, fortunately. Two meals a day is lunch and dinner, unless you can't go about your day without eating breakfast.

You don't have to cut carbs and starve yourself, just reduce the carb intake a bit and don't indulge yourself in junk/highly processed food. Exercise on the regular (play a sport or something). That's it, man. Puberty will do the rest.

I mostly skip breakfast anyway cus I wake up late asf

No, your puberty can last until you're 18 and sometimes a little more. You probably have an inch or two to grow.

Remember not to lean too fast so you avoid crashing your hormones and good luck bro

What do you mean by too fast? I havent heard of this before
Being in a caloric deficit interferes with homeostasis in your body which means the natural balance that your organism maintains, for example body temperature. When your body doesn’t get enough calories (your body is quite literally fueled by them) it can’t maintain homeostasis and all internal processes are interrupted.
