Anyone have experience in microneedling / Dermaroll on lips for plump more fuller lips?

Would combining something like volufilline also be helpful? Im avoiding fillers because they look unnatrual and can make me look gay if botched .

I’ve seen people claiming that derma rolling your lips will make them look fuller , i dont know if thats just the lips looking bigger due to inflammation but im going to test it out , only doing 2-3 min daily with light strokes
