I started 200 mg a day.

I’m doing keto too…

Don’t know much about clen
 
Did it while rotting in December 2023, eating junk food and candy all day and playing video games. Came out the leanest I've ever been.

I’m not looking to eat bad shit. So by eating clean and using clen should move thing process along!
