Anyone have experience with Ostarine for recomp

Curious as to what cycles anyone here has run and what dosage I should run on an 8 week. I’m almost there and just looking for the final push to complete my physique.

Yes, I used it for a cycle at 25 mg ED. Very light but the effects were noticeable and results were solid. I got lean af on it and was still the same bodyweight and actually gained strength too.

Did you need a PCT at 25mg? That sounds encouraging though, especially the leanness.

I didn't use PCT. Didn't feel too bad tbh, just a bit less energy and shit for a week.
