pregnenolone + DHEA can (or should) be used by roiders since their testes don't produce enough of these neurosteroids on your own
this would also be legit for old people who also dont produce their own hormones

but if you're not amongst these two groups, you probably have enough, like I said if you don't think so then you can test
both are OTC supplements & are not suppressive or dangerous AFAIK (you need to look this up) so you could even try
