As far as I know it only working during bulking. Meaning with fat loss it should decrease, yes? Pointless then.

i did it for a few good months. it works. But if you did it too much you will just look ASPIE/Suprised all the time. Be careful with that

I remember doing it while both cutting/bulking. Seems like it works more on bulking. And creates some sort of a fat on your eyelids. But it won't change your eyes rlly. It's overall a cope imo
