Don't remember this happening in F1 atleast, Senna did get out of his car once to help another driver. Might have been in a lower category.

I found it don't want to link it tbh very disturbing vid, apparently the driver was Price who got killed by the extinguisher that Jansen Van Vuuren (track marshall) was carrying who is the guy that he drove into and got torn apart.
