Curious if anyone else is in the same boat. I was prescribed Adderall as a kid, but once I got older and I had a lot of free time, I started taking my Adderall and masturbating literally all day long, ejaculating about 5 times per day. I got away with this for about a year or two and then one day I suddenly I felt a pop in my pelvic floor area while I was masturbating and lost my erection immediately.
I acquired something called Hard Flaccid Syndrome. Look it up, it’s awful. No healthcare professional has ever been able to tell me what exactly I injured, but it’s obvious that the pelvic floor is involved. I’ve been through two rounds of pelvic floor physical therapy but nothing I do makes a lasting difference. I basically just have to limit myself to sex/masturbation once every 48 hours or so, or else my symptoms start flaring up and getting worse.
