Anyone have wisdom AND premolars extracted (8 teeth total)?

So I have had my wisdom teeth removed by my mandible and maxilla is soooo recessed and small that I still have bimaxillary protrusion. I’m considering extractions because I truly think it’d be highly worth it to get rid of this protrusion then maybe get jaw surgery down the road with advancement/compaction/and CCW.

but of course I hear horrible things about extracting that many. Mainly I’m worried about my smile.

More extractions?....You want more?

8 teeth is an insane amount of extractions, I doubt anyone here will be able to truly answer that question.

All I can say is, if there's any alternatives to extractions, do them first.
